All other sales are considered final.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Include original packaging (if applicable)
  • Include proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

The following items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Mystery Boxes
  • Case Packs
  • Pallets
  • Truckloads

These products are sold as mixed merchandise, and contents may vary.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different item, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • We cover return shipping costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
