Thank you for shopping with Northeast Liquidation. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM local time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available on most products within the United States.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown on the product page and during checkout before the order is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to help resolve the situation.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@neliquidation.com with photos of the package and contents.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
